How long do shipments take?

All purchases will be dispatched (delivered to the courier) within 1 business day after payment is made and the confirmation email is received. The delivery times by the dispatch company are 5 to 10 days.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay with a card or in cash upon receiving the product.

Can I make exchanges?

Yes, you have 30 days after your purchase to exchange a product. Jewelry must be in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Exchanges are not accepted for earrings.

I want a product, but it's out of stock. Will it be restocked?

Some products are limited editions, and once they are sold out, they won't be available again.

What materials are the jewelry made of?

Our jewelry is made of 925 silver, stainless steel, and 18K gold plating. We also use semi-precious stones and cubic zirconia.

I have allergies. Can the jewelry cause an allergic reaction?

Our jewelry is Nickel-free, making them hypoallergenic and suitable for those with allergies."
