Return Policy

For all cases of exchanges, returns, or warranties, a video demonstrating the product's condition must be provided.

It is very important that you read our exchange conditions before making your purchase. After your purchase is completed, we will assume that you have read and accepted them.

EXCHANGES:

It is not possible to make any changes to orders that are in progress (those that have not been shipped). You must wait for the product to be delivered to the shipping address indicated to request any changes.

You have 7 days after your purchase has been delivered to make changes to a product, except for Earrings, which cannot be changed under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons, even if the customer insists that they are unused. Jewelry must be in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition.

You must present your receipt, confirmation email, or order number when requesting an exchange or an exchange ticket. A product can be exchanged only once.

Exchange costs:

The exchange will be free if it is made for the same product or one of the same value. If you want to exchange the product for one of lower value, no money will be refunded for the price difference.

If the product is exchanged for a more expensive one, the customer must pay the price difference.

The balance cannot be used for shipping costs of the exchanged product.

If you want to exchange a product, you can send us an email at arezzia.jewelry@gmail.com indicating your order number and the product you would like to change.

It is very important to note that both the cost of sending the exchange to our offices and the shipping of the new product must be covered by the customer.

If it is found that the product is damaged or shows signs of use, it will be returned to the customer at the address provided through a carrier at their expense, and it will be their responsibility to make the corresponding payments and pick up the returned product.

RETURNS:

You have 30 days to return a product. It is essential to note that the cost of shipping the product to our offices must be covered by the customer.

To be able to return products, they must be unused and in their complete original packaging.

Returns are accepted only with the product receipt, confirmation email, or order number. If the receipt is not available, the return will not be accepted.

Earrings cannot be changed under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons, even if the customer insists that they are unused.

WARRANTY:

You have a legal 30-day warranty period in case of any product defects. In this case, you must return the product, and if the warranty is approved, you can request a product exchange or a refund. After this period, no exchanges or returns will be accepted.

The aforementioned warranty will not apply if the customer has been negligent in using and caring for the product or if the defect is due to natural wear and tear (you can see the recommended care).

Damage caused by improper product use is completely excluded from the warranty: Gold plating deterioration of jewelry, chain breakage due to external forces or pulls, stone breakage due to impact or falls, silver darkening due to use, skin pH, among others. The mentioned situations are examples, and there could be more.

If your product has defects, you should genuinely consider the reason for this. Your product will be evaluated and analyzed by our experts to determine the cause of the defect. If it is considered that the defect was caused by customer negligence or misuse of the product, the warranty will not be effective, and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Here are some examples (not exhaustive of other possible situations) in which the legal warranty will not apply:

  • If you have purchased a gold-plated or white gold product and do not take it off for bathing or sleeping, or if you enter the sea and pool with your jewelry on, among other things, and you see that the gold plating has been lost or deteriorated, the legal warranty does not apply as it is due to misuse and lack of care for a gold-plated jewel.
  • If you have received a chain in perfect condition, and it breaks due to a pull or being caught on something, the legal warranty will not apply.
  • Warranty and returns do not apply in case the product causes any type of allergy.
