Shipping Policy

All products available on our website are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Europe, and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase. From that moment, our separation and packaging time is 1 to 3 business days, after which our delivery time is 7 to 14 business days (on average, after product shipment), depending on the location. Product shipment takes place within business days following payment confirmation in our system.

All purchases will be dispatched (delivered to the courier) within business days after payment is made and the confirmation email is received. Delivery times by the dispatch company depend on your municipality, and you can find this information when selecting your shipping method at checkout.

For large discount events such as Cyber Day, Black Friday, Pyme Days, among others, delivery times may be extended by up to 7 days from the date committed by the courier. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email for tracking your order. The delivery commitment date is determined by the courier and not the estimated date you see on the Envíame tracking platform.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a valid delivery address. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the order during that time.
